Abstrak

This study aimed to observe the effect of spending on education, health, and economic affairs on the Human Development Index in Bangka Regency from 2010-2019. This type of research is quantitative associative by usingĀ  secondary data collection methods. The research location is in the area of ??Bangka Regency, the method of data analysis is multiple linear regression. The feasibility of multiple linear regression was tested with the classical assumption test, the simultaneous significance test with the F test and partially with the t test. The results of the research partially show that spending on education, health and economic affairs has a positive effect but the effect is not significant on the Human Development Index in Bangka Regency. Simultaneously, spending on education, health and economic affairs has a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index in Bangka Regency, the amount of influence is around 92.6 percent and the remaining 7.4 percent is influenced by other variables not included in this study. The multiple regression equation, Y = 65,692 + 0.000X? + 0.022X? + 0.042X?, which can be useful for predicting changes in the Human Development Index numbers through targeted business expenditure planning refers to the regression coefficient value.
