Abstrak

This research aims to determine the services of the Nusantara Fishery Harbour of Sungailiat measured based on fishermen satisfaction use Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) which refers to the Minister of Administrative Reform No. PER / 14 / PERMEN PAN / 2 / 2017 concerning Guidelines for the Preparation of a Public Satisfaction Survey for Public Service Delivery Units. This research is a descriptive study used analysis of the Public Satisfaction Index with data results is a numberal type. Several types of service in Nusantara Fishery Harbour of Sungailiat are Fishing boats arrival and departure report proof letter, sailing approval letter (SPB), fish catching certificate (SHTI), etc. This research was held on Nusantara Fishery Harbour of Sungailiat from November to January 2020. The sampling techniques used is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used observation, documentation and questionnaire. Validity test used Product Moment Pearson formula and the reliability test used the Cronbach's Alpha formula. The results showed that fisherman satisfaction index for the service at Office of Nusantara Fishery Harbour of Sungailiat was 3.48 with conversion number 86.95. The dedication public service of the Sungailiat Nusantara Fisheries Port is in the category of good service quality, which means that fishermens are satisfied with the services that had been done.
