EFEKTIFITAS PROGRAM KAMPUNG KB DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KELUARGA MISKI DI KABUPATEN BANGKA DAN KABUPATEN BANGKA SELATAN

Abstrak

The implementation of the Kampung KB program in Bangka Regency and South Bangka Regency has been quite effective. The role of family planning officers has a positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of the Kampung KB program and has a good impact on the quality of life of the community in the health and education sectors. However, the Kampung KB Program has not been effective in improving the welfare of the surrounding community. The effectiveness of the Kampung KB program has a positive and significant impact on the welfare of poor families in Bangka Regency and South Bangka Regency. In other words, the more effective the Kampung KB program is implemented, the welfare of poor families in Bangka Regency and South Bangka Regency will increase. The role of family planning officers has an indirect effect on the welfare of poor families in Bangka Regency and South Bangka Regency, or in other words the effectiveness of the Kampung KB program is a variable that intervenes in the role of family planning officers on the welfare of poor families in Bangka Regency and South Bangka Regency. Based on the calculation of input, process and output indicators, it can be seen that the coefficient of the level of effectiveness of the Kampung KB program is 66.1 percent and is classified as effective in the criteria for evaluating program effectiveness in the effective category. Thus, based on the calculation of the level of effectiveness, the implementation of the Kampung KB program in Bangka Regency and South Bangka Regency was effective.
