ANALISIS PUTUSAN TERHADAP PERLINDUNGAN KORBAN TINDAK PIDANA KEKERASAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA DALAM PERSPEKTIF VIKTIMOLOGI

Abstrak

Protection of the victims of violence in the home of stairs is a thing that is required to be done as it is said in the Act to protect victims and provide a sense secure against the victim . A criminal act within the scope of household must be held accountable by the perpetrator of the criminal act, including in his acts of criminal violence physical . The purpose of research is to analyze on how the protection of victims in Decision Court Number : 225 / Pid.Sus / 2016 / PN.Pgp   which has been implemented in accordance with the provisions of Rule legislation . The type of research that is used in research this is research juridical normative by using the approach of the case . The results of the study proved , that : first , the protection of the law against the victim in the ruling Number : 225 / Pid.Sus / 2016 / PN.Pgp not yet fully in accordance with the provisions of the Act are set . There are still many articles that are ignored and do not provide a sense of security to victims
