Abstrak

This research aims to determine the services of the Office of Agriculture, Food, and Fisheries of South Bangka Regency measured based on fishermen satisfaction use Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) which refers to the Minister of Administrative Reform No. PER / 14 / Permen.PAN / 2/2017 concerning Guidelines for the Preparation of a Public Satisfaction Survey for Public Service Delivery Units. This research is a descriptive study used analysis of the Public Satisfaction Index with data results is a numberal type. This research was held on Office of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries of South Bangka Regency from February to March 2019. The sampling techniques used is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used observation, documentation and questionnaire, validity test used Product Moment Pearson formula and the reliability test used the Cronbach's Alpha formula. The results showed that fisherman satisfaction index for the service at Office of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries of South Bangka Regency was 3.27 with conversion number 81.78. the The dedication public service of the Department of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries of South Bangka Regency is in the category of good service quality, which means that fishermens at Toboali District are satisfied with the services that had been done.
