Abstrak

The production of shredded owned by Raja Abon Makmur Lestari (RAML) is made from animals and plants. The business idea is inspired from the frequent attending seminars organized by local government. RAML faces some issues such as lack of shredded production, lack of raw materials from supplier, using traditional approach of production, having no spinner machine and inadequate financial access. The aim of the activity is to improve the production quality of shredded made from animals (beef, chicken, egg) and plants (jackfruit, bamboo shoot, pineapple) in Air Kepala Tujuh Village, Gerunggang District, Pangkalpinang City. The offered solutions are expanding market access and building the managerial capacity so that it can increase the income. The activity provides training on business management, financial management, packaging management, creating website and making display cabinet. It is expected that the RAML becomes an independent small and medium-sized enterprises so that it has competencies and skills that can be used to improve the quality and the productivity of shredded as well as the purchasing power of society and the economy of Bangka Belitung Islands Province.
