ALTERNATIF PENYELESAIAN KONFLIK AGRARIA (SUATU TELAAH DALAM PERSPEKTIF REFORMA AGRARIA DAN PEMBANGUNAN BERKELANJUTAN)

Abstrak

Land is unique and has a value of income and income. Land is not just mere land or hereditary needs, but more than just lumps of land, mines, minerals underneath, and buildings that stand on its surface. The importance of land values ??directly or indirectly has implications, that the potential for problems is also greater in the form of agrarian conflicts. The agrarian conflict that occurred has not yet received the proper treatment from policy makers. This is very ironic in the midst of the government buzzing the spirit of Agrarian Reform. Therefore, it becomes logical if there are various pressures to resolve the agrarian conflict that occurred. During this time there is no solution to the structural agrarian conflict that really takes care of the root of the problem. This will ultimately influence the country in implementing sustainable development. Therefore, as an academic, the writer tries to examine the root of the problem and the resolution of the agrarian conflict. The research proves, that agrarian conflicts that occur in Indonesia have increased every year with a vast conflict area. Various sectors that contributed to the birth of the conflict include the mining sector, the determination of forest areas on community land, and overlapping land tenure first. One effort that can be taken in resolving agrarian conflicts is by alternative approaches to dispute resolution, such as mediation.
