INOVASI PEMBENTUKAN INKUBASI WIRAUSAHA BARU (INWUB) SEBAGAI CIKAL BAKAL BISNIS START-UP BERBASIS AKUAKULTUR DALAM MENGHADAPI REVOLUSI INDUSTRI 4.0

Abstrak

Start-up business is a business that is newly established and supported by digital services. This effort was made to deal with the industrial revolution 4.0. The characteristics of this business are new businesses that will be run, the number of minimal employees, multitasking HR, high morale, and making the website as the main tool. IbM activities will be carried out in Balunijuk Village and Pagarawan Village, Merawang District, Bangka Regency. The activity will be centered at Bangka Belitung University. Taking into partners are millennials who have the innovation and creativity to develop an aquaculture-based start-up business. The problems by partners are: 1) Do not have the knowledge and skills to manage a website-based business; and 2) Do not yet have a coach to develop a new aquaculture-based business. The problems by partners if a solution can be found through the Science and Technology Program for the Community (IbM). Through this program the young generation can gain knowledge and skills in managing a business start-up, while increasing income and creating jobs. This activity is expected to provide benefits including: 1) Fostering creativity of students and village youth to establish an aquaculture-based business through the internet; 2) Increase the knowledge and skills of students and village youth to produce competitive aquaculture products; 3) Opening business opportunities; and 4) Cultivating the spirit of entrepreneurship for students and village youth.
